Are you a Business Development Manager with a background in Education Software? A rapidly expanding establishment are seeking a sales professional with industry experience, to join the already-successful new business team.

*Salary: £25,000- £30,000 base with an uncapped OTE £45,000 in your first year + company car, company phone + company laptop, generous pension, progression paths and other flexible options.

The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be implementing your existing skills and experience to sell Software into the Education market. The role will be a hybrid on new business and account management. You will consistently be performing against set targets to make the most of the uncapped commission plan.

Experience Required:
The Business Development Manager will need to have experience selling products into the Education Sector. Ideally the product will be an Education platform, however other products/ services may be considered. You must be proficient in business development and account management. The ideal applicant will demonstrate a great drive to succeed and consistently put in all efforts when working to accomplish targets. You will also show remarkable communication skills, have clear confidence in a professional manor and have the persistence to surpass all set KPI's.

The Package:
The package on offer for the successful Business Development Manager, is a basic salary of £25,000- £30,000, with an uncapped OTE of £45,000 in your first year. In addition, you will receive a company car, company phone + laptop, generous pension, opportunities to progress and other flexible options.
