About the Company: Our client is a well-established Manufacturing business in the local area to Mansfield. It is essential that you have your own transport as you will be visiting key accounts, on a monthly basis.

Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Internal Sales Supervisor, you will proactively sell all products and services through inbound/outbound telephone calls, emails and faxes. Managing your existing accounts and prospective clients in your allocated area, you will have desire to meet your targets and work in a sales environment, with the chance to earn good commission.

Providing an excellent customer service experience, you will also handle any complaints effectively. You will visit your key accounts once or twice a month to develop relationships and further business opportunities. You will ensure that you are fully prepared for monthly 1-2-1 meetings with the Sales Supervisor and provide an upto date forecast.

About you: Although this role is not a cold calling position, you are dealing with existing accounts, you will have proven experience of working within a target driven sales environment and be able to demonstrate that you have hit and exceeded targets in the past. You will be used to progressing customer orders, dealing with their queries and developing business.

Whats in it for you? This is a full time, permanent role with a salary of 15,600 P/A + bonus : with an excellent achievable OTE of 25K. (If there are any months where you havent met your target, as an incentive you can still hit your end of year target and receive the additional payments). There is also a quarterly bonus available. Free car parking. Working hours are Monday to Thursday 9am : 5.30pm (8.30am start on a Monday), 9.30am : 5pm on a Friday.
