This market leading company within Enterprise Healthcare Software is seeking a proven Senior Business Development Manager to actively prospect new companies at an enterprise level across the UK. Targeting both the public and private healthcare sector, you will be liaising with an array of decision makers, utilising a consultative selling approach. You will be at the forefront of the industry with an unrivalled commission structure.

The Role:
The Senior Business Development Manager will identify and create new business opportunities, actively self-generating leads as well as utilising an extensive database. This role will involve selling Enterprise Healthcare Software within the UK. Targeting solely the healthcare sector, both public and private, these bespoke solutions allow your clients to manage manage and adjust bookings/schedules/practice management in real time. Liaising with several C-level decision makers, you will use a consultative approach and represent yourself and the company in a well presented and polished manner.

The Candidate:
The ideal Senior Business Development Manager will have a proven track record of software or technology sells into the Healthcare market. It is essential you have substantial experience of selling high-value complex deals. You must have a hunter mentality, with a real passion for prospecting and closing new business opportunities. You must have excellent communication, and negotiation skills with exposure to the enterprise marketplace. You must be passionate about the product you are selling and be well presented as a large part of the role will involve going out and meeting existing and new clients.

The Package:
Although the salary package will be negotiable dependant on previous experience, initial indication is base salary of between £70,000 and £90,000 basic, with uncapped £180,000 OTE, plus excellent benefits.
