Project Manager (London) up to £55,000 plus benefits

This is a permanent position.



Our client are seeking an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and innovative Project Manager (as defined in the NEC3 Engineering and Construction Contract) to lead an Integrated Consultant Team completing office fit-outs. Based in a highly-commutable location in London, our client is an award winning professional services firm located in over 50 different locations across the UK, Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. They are a successful client-driven employer with shares traded on the AIM (a market operated by the London Stock Exchange) and frequently engage in a wide variety of exciting projects.

AS A PROJECT MANAGER YOU WILL

* Contribute to client bid preparations within public sector consultant appointment competitions.
* Work in an Employer, Contractor and Designer environment using MS Project to illustrate the full project life cycle with detailed plans.
* Successfully deliver programmes and projects that ensure maximum satisfaction from the employer whilst working collaboratively with both project teams and the employer.



FOR THIS ROLE AS A PROJECT MANAGER YOU SHOULD:

* Be a Quantity Surveyor with at least three years' Consultancy experience (includes as a contractor's representative to an owner or working for a recognised consultancy firm across all stages of RIBA phases).
* Have or be working towards MRICS/MAPM and managed a client portfolio whilst ensuring that all risks, issued and milestones were effectively addressed.
* Have a background in contract administration and be proficient in MS Project.
* Be adaptable and collaborative with both project teams and the employer.
