This company is the holding company of an expanding private healthcare group offering state of the art services in assisted conception and women's health. The group is now one of the UK's leading provider of fertility and women's health services.

As a 1st Line Support - Service Desk Analyst you will be working as part of a small, dynamic, close-knit team. The successful candidate will be offered a structured career path into many areas including, 2nd / 3rd Line with Microsoft Accreditation training.

Job Description (This may change as the Job holder gains experience)
Logging Helpdesk calls using Helpdesk Call logging software
Dealing with 1st Line Helpdesk Support Calls for the following:
- Windows 7 and 10
- MS Office 2010, 2013 and 0365,
- Printers.
- Scanners
- Skype
- Active Directory User creation and Group membership assignation.
- Mitel administration, password resets and base administration
- Microsoft Remote Desktop Support.
- Basic Backup Administration
- Basic switch networking
- Seminar preparation, monitoring and troubleshooting the Media suites.

Skills set required:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Previous experience in IT/helpdesk role 1st Line.
- Previous experience working with Windows 7 /10/RDS, Office and Active Directory (creating new accounts and mailboxes.
- Previous experience supporting Networks
- Strong problem-solving skills with a driven, pro-active attitude.
- A keenness to learn.
- Ability to cope under pressure.
- Occasional weekend work and travel to their other clinics when required.

Qualifications Required

- Excellent English language skills, written and spoken.
- ITIL Foundation Certification (Bonus)
- At least 4 x A Level Certification passes
- GSCE Level passes in English and Maths a requirement.
- IT Examination Certified (Bonus) (This could be a Vtek National Diploma and /or Microsoft Accreditation Certification)

Salary Details: £19-25k (depending on experience) + benefits
