Business Development Manager - Promotional Merchandise - £50,000

An exceptional position has become available for a Business Development Manager to join an expanding Promotional Merchandise market-leader who, after unprecedented growth, are looking to develop their already-renowned sales team.

Package: £45,000 basic salary with a £10,000 bonus

The Role
The Business Development manager will:

*Develop the client business relationship via a high level of client satisfaction
*Increase the revenue and profit of account by driving the maximum conversion of quotes to sales
*Identifying opportunities to up-sell to clients and form solid relationships to encourage repeat business
*Source the most appropriate supplier for each brief, delivering the optimum combination of capability, price, lead-time, and quality
*Negotiate to secure best prices and payment terms from suppliers; proactively managing costs and ensuring highest possible profit margins whilst remaining competitive
*Involvement in all aspects of the purchasing process - from order placement through to delivery

The Candidate
As the ideal candidate for Promotional Merchandise, you will be:

*Degree educated
*Experienced in selling into Health/Beauty/Food/Beverage
*An experienced team manager
*An experienced and efficient account manager
*Sales driven, tenacious, and goal orientated
*Highly motivated
*Excellent time manager
*A natural communicator

The Package
This Business Development Manager role pays a basic salary of £45,000 with a £10,000 bonus in the first year
