Business Development Manager, Stockton-on-Tees, North East

Resolve Recruitment are working with a highly reputable and well-known media organisation within the radio sector. Due to continued success and growth, they now seek an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team in Stockton-on-Tees.

The role;

* Working both in the office and out on the road, you will be selling a variety of creative media & advertising solutions B2B
* New business activity from day one in addition to ongoing renewal/account management duties will be expected
* To sell creatively and consultatively to improve success and exceed targets

The person;

* A solid B2B field sales background considered - minimum 2 years
* A track record in exceeding targets & KPIs
* Resilient, money hungry and driven
* Solid new business ability and experience
* Account management expertise also required for repeat client revenue
* A creative and consultative sales mentality
* Good knowledge of the territory

The rewards;

* A highly competitive basic salary of up to £28,000
