Store Manager - High-end Food Retailer

Our client is offering an opportunity to become a Store Manager in a high food quality and service environment for one of the UK’s leading food retailers.

Customers, People, Results. Do they get you out of bed in the morning. As Store Manager you’ll lead a team of 2-3 managers and 30-50 team members, so your passion needs to be infectious.  

£40,000 + BONUS OTE £45,000

Skills and experience of a Store Manager - High-end Food Retailer

- A minimum of 3 years Food or Supermarket retail experience in a fast moving high turnover convenience store.
- Excellent influencing and negotiating skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Training and coaching skills.
- P&L responsibility in food / supermarket business.
