Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse

Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated band 5 registered mental health nurse to fill a full-time role in a Prison in Nottingham. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of mental health nursing and be registered with the NMC.

The starting pay rate for this Band 5 RMN job is £24 and has an initial 3-month contract.

Responsibility of the Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse:
- Carrying out high standard nursing care and treatment of patients working alongside staff of all professions in the ward / unit
- Helping to organise and participate in therapeutic and social activities for patients
- Attending case conferences, review meetings with other members of the multi-disciplinary team to review patients' conditions and their progress in the programme of care and rehabilitation

Requirements of the Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse:
- Degree or equivalent within mental health nursing (RMN trained)
- NMC registration and a valid live pin
- NHS experience as a Band 5 RMN
