Exciting opportunity for a Store Manager that's passionate about vaping to join their team in Derby store.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a store manager in a retail environment is essential, however, this does not necessarily need to be within an e-cigarettes / vaping environment.
- A strong track record leading teams to beat targets.
- Ability to lead from the front.
- Strong ethos in providing an excellent customer experience.
- Strong interpersonal/ organisational skills
- Previous experience in stock management.
- Vaping experience preferred, otherwise willing to vape non nicotine products for customer demonstrations.
- Enjoy the challenges of dealing with customer's vaping issues.
- Self motivated with a can-do attitude, Able to motivate and lead a team.

Key Responsibilities Will Include:

- Day to day management of the store, ensuring that customers' requirements are satisfied in a knowledgeable, accurate, consistent and efficient manner in line with the Company's mission statement.
- Manage all aspects of the store and store team including personnel development, merchandising and store team training.
- Lead from the front to ensure sales targets are achieved.
- Manage staffing through recruitment, holiday planning, and absence management.
- Manage store health and safety and ensure the store is operated within the law.
- Act as main point of contact for all communications with head office
- Maintain a stock control system in the store from stock receipt through storage and sale, ensuring accuracy at all stages resulting in zero stock loss and full accountability.
- Compile weekly and monthly reports detailing sales data, product return/ fault data and picking accuracy
- Manage and maintain all Social Media sites, providing relevant information to customers encouraging interaction with the store
- Authorise and monitor customer refunds and credits.

Experience is preferred but full and ongoing training will be provided. 40-45 hours a week over 5/6 Days.
