This company is a global player in the manufacture and distribution of pet products and accessories. Their UK Head Office is based just off the M62 near Castleford and is home to an extremely warm and friendly team.

They are looking for a confident and experienced sales order processor to join a busy finance department for a minimum of 12 months.

The Role

You will join an established team who manage all aspects of sales order entry, invoicing and credit control.

You will specialise in order preparation and entry, working closely with the sales and sales administration teams, and the warehouse and despatch teams to make sure they always deliver on their promises.

Key duties include:
- Understanding and interpreting customer requirements.
- Communicating with customers and their sales teams to obtain any missing information.
- Fast and accurate sales order entry
- Customer account maintenance

Full training will be provided for all aspects of this role.

The Requirements:

- You are a proven credit controller or order entry clerk with the experience to prioritise your workload.
- You have excellent attention to detail and enjoy improving your processing speed.
- You combine patience, professionalism and a positive approach in all dealings with your customers.
- You thrive in a team environment and enjoy working with others to find solutions.
- Planned working week: Mon/Tue 08:00-17:00; Wed/Thu/Fri 09:00-16:00
