This is an opportunity to join an Online Retailer based in Manchester with over 10 years' experience. They have success throughout the UK and Europe and the company is constantly growing.

They are currently seeking an Administration Assistant to join their team; you will be based in their Head Office in Manchester; working within the admin team.

Duties will include:

- Producing product specification sheets
- Raising purchase orders
- Emailing PO's to suppliers
- Assisting in the production of artwork briefs
- Basic admin duties
- Carry out market research
- Uploading documents for approval and generally providing admin support for the whole team.

Strong communication skills are essential and experience in sales, purchasing or customer services would be beneficial. You must also be able to work within a team and thrive under pressure, the environment in which you will work is high pressure and very fast paced. A successful candidate will be self-motivated, ambitious, highly organised and have the ability to work at their own initiative. The candidate must also be able to use a variety of Microsoft packages and have discretion and respect for confidentiality.
