An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a rapidly growing Financial Services Company based in Reigate, Surrey following a recent acquisition by a global leader in the Credit & Debt Management industry.

Joining a busy Customer Services department, you will be an individual who is committed to delivering excellent results and strive for the best outcome for each customer's circumstances.

Working Hours:
10:30 - 19:00 Monday to Friday
OR
11:30 - 20:00 Monday to Friday
OR
09:00-17:30 four days per week, 10:00-20:00 1 day per week plus every other Saturday 09:00-13:30 with a day off in lieu during that week

Salary:
£18,000 per annum, increasing upon passing probation and again after 1 year's length of service. You will also have the opportunity to earn up to 15% monthly bonus, based on quality and delivery of positive customer experience.

As a Customer Service Advisor:

- You will act as the point of contact for their customers who may be experiencing financial difficulty
- You will conduct affordability assessments in order to fully understand each customer's financial situation and, where appropriate, set up reasonable repayment plans. Their customers are encouraged to pay only what they can afford.
- You will provide guidance to customers on the availability of free money advice, such as the Citizen's Advice Bureau
- You will promote benefits surrounding credit file rating improvement and reaching their "debt-free day"
- You will act responsibly to ensure fair treatment of all customers; making decisions which result in a positive outcome for that customer

Who are we looking for?

- Any customer service, hospitality or retail experience is essential
- They also require a minimum of Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent) Grade C
- Please note that you will be subject to a credit check and a criminal records check as part of the Company's pre-employment checks process. You should not have multiple defaults, be bankrupt or have any active County Court Judgements on your credit file.
