Property Sales Consultant
£17,000 - 20,000 + £80,000 OTE

Are you looking for a Monday - Friday sales opportunity within a property company where you are hungry for success? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual with a proven track record for outstanding performance in sales to join a young and dynamic company.

The Property Sales Consultant is repsonsible for assistng enquirers with their property search, to sell new and innovative solutions into core markets, driving revenue and volume of property sales.

The position involves:
Achieving and exceeding income targets
Maintaining a high level of activity including telephone calls and emails daily
Keep 'hot lists' updated daily
Networking and prospecting new leads
Working within the sales team alongside Senior Sales Consultant and Sales Manager.
To contact and maintain regular communication as per the guidelines
Qualify leads whilst providing an excellent level of customer service
Effectively manage database and utilize the CRM
Occasionally meeting potential purchasers in and out of office
Occasionally traveling to developments
Marketing support, providing literature and marketing collateral
Ensure to use the latest marketing material at all times
Effectively communicating development progress/ updates to buyers
Seeking referrals and testimonials from buyers
Maintaining personal pipeline reporting

The ideal person will:
Have experience in a target driven sales environment, ideally within the property industry, however, this is not
Be self-motivated and has big goals
Have the ability to take instruction, learn quickly & retain information
Have a professional manner and intelligent
Hold strong verbal and written communication skills
Maintain the ability to work under pressure
Be confident working towards targets
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to retain product, legal and industry information
Maintain the passion and confidence to sell on the phone and in person
Have an iterest in marketing, and ability to produce personalized mailers and content rich emails
Manages time effectively and able to commit to structured day plan
Maintain entrepreneurial spirit to identify and capitalise on new opportunities
