AUTOi is an automotive software development company based in Bournemouth, Dorset. We build and market our own innovative products and work in partnerships with other companies to jointly develop solutions for the automotive industry.

We're looking for a Customer Champion to join our team to help and assist Consumers and Dealers of our new car buying platform Wizzle. We're not a typical business where customers dictate our lives with impossible demands. We don't do all nighters and overtime is a rarity in our office. If we manage our time efficiently, then why play catch-up? We haven't missed a deadline yet and theres always time to over deliver.

You need to be passionate about exceptional customer service and be highly organised. This will be a telephone based role so great telephone skills is a must

Essential Skills and Experience

We're looking for someone who has experience in Customer Assistance and areas you'll need proficiency will be:

* Telephone based lead qualification and engagement
* Knowledge or passion of the Automotive industry would be a plus
* Excellent customer service via phone/web/email
* Experience with LiveChat services
* Good literacy and numeracy skills
* High levels of energy, enthusiasm and self motivation, along with a strong team ethic
* Strong IT literacy and admin skills

Salary - this will depend on your level of experience and skill set, but we'll be very competitive.
