HR Advisor needed in Newcastle

Our client is a care provider with sites based across the UK and they are looking to appoint an experienced HR Advisor to cover a maternity post.

They company is an established provider of care services and a recognised name in the market. Their regional centre of operations is based in Newcastle and you will be part of a busy and friendly service that supports the regional management team.

The duties will include:

- Providing support and guidance to managers on employee relations

- Reporting on Sickness and Absenteeism

- Support the management team in any tribunals

- Ensure matters are handled in line SLA's and in a consistent and courteous manner.

- Manage and oversee TUPE transfers.

- Employee consultations and divisional re-structures

- Aid in the recruitment and on-boarding of candidates where necessary.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate tangible experience and knowledge of handling complex cases and supporting staff members in a variety of ways.
