What's the role?

We are looking for a motivated young professional who has recently graduated in our team of eight for a Regional Performance Controller position. A focus and interest in finance and data analytics are keys to this position. We expect you to be a curious, pro-active team member who is service oriented and likes to work with various stakeholders. (e.g. finance, marketing, sales, and logistics). Business partnering is expected across the whole Northern European region as well as managing projects in the global reporting & controlling community.

What does the role involve?

Execute on time and develop further all required reporting activities for region E1 and its market organizations (overall E1 reporting approach: standard and ad-hoc reporting, web-query platform, trainings)
Creating target group oriented transparency of financial results and business performance
Business partner in controlling and reporting for our wide stakeholder group (e.g. Marketing, Sales, HR)
Contribution towards performance management and lead improvement projects for the region (e.g: margin steering, customer profitability, etc)
Support the company’s strategic step changers (digitalization, customer centricity, asset management)
Contribute towards the region strategic roadmap by 2020 (Finance hub transformation map)
Being a country ambassador to one of our markets (Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Ireland, GB)
Participate in the global reporting/ controlling community alignments
Support system integration projects such as SAP BEX7 & SAP BO

What you need is:

•Master degree in finance, business or economics
•Experience in similar positions (1-3 years)
•Good finance/business knowledge
•Project management skills
•Effective communication and stakeholder management
•Very strong MS-Excel and presentation skills
•Strong analytical skills
•Database skills (e.g. MS Access, SQL) of advantage
