Title: IT and Project Assistant (Document Management and Business Solutions)

Location: Manchester Central Role: Permanent Salary: £16k – £18k Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm

Introduction to the Role:

Pearl Scan Group based in central Manchester with excellent public transport links as well as free car-park facility, is a multi-million pounds enterprise established 12 years ago, to serve a growing scanning and document management market. Privately Owned enterprise and has an ambitious growth plan to grow the business at least by 300%, by 2020 through diversification, acquisition and increased business development activity.
We are looking to recruit an experienced IT Assistant to join our organisation. Working with a team of highly skilled and talented team leaders and managers, the IT assistant will learn new technologies, database functions, document management applications and project management skills. This role offers the potential for the IT assistant to become a team leader as well as develop skills to become a project manager.
We are looking for someone who has advance IT skills and understanding of database platforms, advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Project Management and fast learner.
The role would suit someone who has the following essential skills.
Essential Experience/Attributes:
 Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
 Ability to communicate effectively on the telephone and in person
 Strong attention to detail and able to produce work with a high level of accuracy
 Good organisational and workload management skills specifically with the ability to prioritise own work, and reprioritise when necessary
 Ability to work as part of a small team to support a rapidly growing organisation
 Able to respond to changing priorities
 Able to analyse information
 Good problem solving ability
 Willingness to accept responsibility

 The successful candidate will support the company on all IT matters and complete any other tasks that arise so if you’re adaptable and ready for a challenge look no further!
