MEMBERSHIP SALES EXECUTIVE – Spa & Fitness in Surrey

New opening – Health Club part of Luxury Resort

Salary from £30000 – £36000 (DOE)

Amazing opportunity for an ambitious, pro-active sales executive from Hotel, Spa or Fitness background to develop the membership of this new Spa & Fitness facilities.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive the health club membership sales as per set targets.
* Be the main contact for Members enquiry and communication
* Work as an Ambassador of the Span Health Club and the Resort
* Market the venue and membership options within the local community.
* Conduct visits with prospective members and authorised third parties (Journalists for example)
* Maintain and update all Members contact and key data
* Generate and manage all Member correspondence (including events, newsletters, etc)
* Work closely with the Sales & Marketing and Senior team to create dynamic content for the Member website
* Liaise with the Finance team to ensure timely membership activations, event invoicing, etc
* With the Spa Manager develop and communicate activity calendar, promotions cycle and other dynamic programs for the Members
* Collect and action feedbacks and comments from the Members
* Review and update all marketing collateral, as required.
* Support members in organising events within the Estate
* Work closely with the Spa Manage to ensure competitive pricing and benefits
* Ensure the delivery of 5* Standards at all times as well as compliance with all Health & Safety regulations

The ideal candidate

* Minimum 1 year previous experience in a similar Membership Sales / Pro-active sales role within the hospitality industry (ideally SPA)
* Great dynamic and sunny personality
* Passion for excellence in service
* Results driven - keen to achieving targets and objectives
* Knowledge of local market would be ideal
* Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative
* Positive attitude and good communication skills
* Creative and able to work in an autonomous capacity
* Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
* Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
* Excellent organisational skills
* Excellent grooming standards
* Customer focused
* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both in written and verbal circumstances.
