You will be playing a huge part in the Sales department of a new venture within an established IT business which has expanded into the service side of IT. You will be confident in both your sales ability, inputting ideas and changes to ensure the growth of the company. Offering an exceptional basic salary between £18,000-£22,000 per annum with OTE £35,000k.

You'll be responsible for all elements of the Sales process including, prospect calling from both own generated and warm leads from our extensive database, booking appointments for the Director and Sales team to attend, processing sales orders, coordinating the delivery of service and managing a number of projects.

You will be creative and be able to bring ideas forward to build the Sales function, this opportunity is a great move for an individual looking to step into Management, with a driven and hungry worth ethic.

This position requires an individual with exceptional organisational skills, Account Management, confident, proactive in approaching potential new business and keen to play an important part in a new venture.

You will need to be able to demonstrate previous experience in both Outbound Sales and Administration skills, including, processing of orders, managing clients accounts, lead generation and exceptional communication skills to be able to work with a variety of clients.

You will need to have a self-managed and motivated work ethic to be successful in this position, being able to work alone and support your colleagues, whilst also sharing the drive and enthusiasm of the Director who you will work closely with from the point of training and development.
