The Purpose of the Recruitment Manager role will be to provide a high quality and proactive Talent Acquisition delivery to the organisation. You will manage and lead the Recruitment function and to provide a professional, high quality, customer focused department to key stakeholders throughout the Company. The role will be responsible for development, and strategy of the function, combining best practices, innovation with commercial requirements. You will have a minimum of 12 months recruiting dentists and have an awareness of the market and the legislation.

Key Accountabilities;

* Lead and own the end to end delivery for the organisation working closely with the senior management team
* Partner with Key Stakeholders to understand business requirements and build respected relationships to advise of recruitment strategies, market conditions competitor information and diversity objectives
* Directly source candidates via various cost effective and innovative methods, inclusive of social media platforms
* Develop strategies to drive direct hiring, employer brand and market perception using quantitate measures to ensure the organisation can attract the best talent
* Drive continuous improvement and service innovation by designing and implementing transformation initiatives
* Management of business change and impact on resourcing
* Contribute to the on-going review and improvement of Recruitment processes ensuring the delivery of an operationally focused, value added service.

To be considered for the role you will have successful experience of Team Management, strong numeracy and literacy skills. You will be proficient in the use of Applicant Tracking Systems. You will have previously worked in an internal recruitment role within a regulated, clinical and technical environment, and managed volume recruitment campaigns. Additionally, you will have excellent customer service, treating all staff with fairness, dignity and respect and demonstrate professionalism at all times. You must have dentist recruitment experience to be considered for the role
