Position Description:

365 Resourcing Ltd provide contract and permanent staff to major engineering companies. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the position is located in Worcester, at the prestigious offices of our major client, Yamazaki Mazak UK Ltd, where 200+ of our staff are contracted. This new role will be responsible for supporting the Operations Manager in all HR matters relating to the company’s Mazak based staff including:

· Developing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation.
· Advising on all matters relating to people management, covering both statutory requirements and HR best practice.
· Preparing training and development programmes, including managing the company’s apprentice training levy scheme.
· Maintaining the attendance management system.
· Being the first point of contact for staff on all HR related matters.
· Administering the staff appraisal system and advising on performance management issues.
· Fulfilling a formal procedural role in the company’s disciplinary and grievance procedures.
· Maintaining the HR information system.
· Administer the recruitment process.
· Undertaking recruitment on an ‘as required’ basis.
· Preparing monthly recruitment performance report.
· Developing strong relationships with the client.
· Maintaining candidate database.
· Developing social media presence.
· Maintaining/developing company’s website.

Candidate Profile:
Qualifications/Experience/Skills

· Graduate/CIPD qualified.
· Quality HR experience in a progressive HR environment – ideally manufacturing/engineering sector.
· Probably been operating as part of a team and now looking for the opportunity to have front-line responsibility.
· Numerate with well developed administration and IT skills.
· Practical working experience of social media.
· An approach and style that is more pragmatic than HR purist.
· Highly organised.
· Commercially aware.
· Excellent communication & interpersonalskills.
· Authoritative with strong influencing skills.
· Diplomatic and objective.
· Empathetic.
· Flexible and adaptable to client needs.

Role will be 37.5hrs per week (Flexible hours available).
Company Scottish Widows pension after 3 months.
