Operations Manager

My client is a multinational Facilities Management company and market leader in integrated service support. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established company which is continuously increasing profits year on year.

Job role
Reporting to the Regional Account Manager, the job role will involve:
* Responsible for operation delivery of services and budget management across contracts
* Managing contracts valued between £4m and £6m
* Managing a team of staff and ensure high standards of service delivery
* Responsible for Soft Services on the contract in line with the Commercial contract requirements.
* Responsible for a regionalised remit and ensuring that staff are managed correctly and in line with their reporting lines.
* Positively contributing to the culture and promoting the performance to ensure customer care
* Stepping in for Account Manager where necessary

The successful candidate
The successful candidate must have the following:
* Have previous Operational PFI experience - Essential
* Have previous experience working within a main contractor
* Have previous experience of creating a positive working environment and building a strong team
* Have full UK driving licence
* Strong IT skills - MS Office
* Available in 4 weeks' notice or less

Please note - if you do not have Operational PFI experience you will not be considered for this role.
