Berry Recruitment are looking for a permanent SOUS CHEF for our client based in Knebworth

Job role - Assist in production, reporting to the head chef, preparation and presentation of all meals and services to the company standards

Comply with all company and client policies procedures and statutory regulations including human resources, site rules, health and safety, safe working practices, hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH.

Assist in planning costed menu's and serving food and ensure availability of sufficient supplies

Hours - 40 per week, This will include some weekends and evenings if there is an event on

Knowledge, skills and experience - Held a similar role, use to working in a fresh produce kitchen, Experience of C&B and restaurant functions, production kitchen knowledge, assisted with staff training and skill development

The client is offering a competitive salary of £25,000
