I am now recruiting for an experienced and knowledgeable Commercial Property Solicitor for a career-developing opportunity with a leading top law firm based in Liverpool.
The salary and benefits package is competitive which includes 26 days’ holiday, and the ability to buy and sell five holidays as required. About the role
My client is an exceptional practice which has locations spread all over the UK. You will be joining a niche, bespoke health property team which is part of the wider health business group. The work in this team is very varied so there will never be a dull day!
The work for the successful commercial property solicitor will consist of a very varied caseload of commercial property matters, including Disposals and acquisitions, Deed of Easements, Licences, Tenancy at Will, Negotiation of leases and associated landlord and tenant matters, Title investigation and reporting, Completing SDLT forms, whilst developing existing client relationships.
Applications are being accepted from commercial property solicitors who at least 2 years PQE, and landlord and tenant experience.
