Service Desk Technician - West Sussex

We are a leading provider of B2B managed IT infrastructure services & are currently looking for a Service Desk Technician to join our team.

You will be responsible for handling first level support of service requests in a professional & timely manner. This relates to all technology: workstations, servers, printers, networks, & vendor specific hardware & software.

Basic Functions:
- IT Support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft core business applications
- Support of disaster recovery solutions
- Basic technical support at the network level
- Basic remote access solution implementation & support
- Monitor the remote monitoring & management system alerts & notifications

Additional Duties & Responsibilities:
- Improve customer service, perception, & satisfaction
- Ability to work in a team & communicate effectively
- Work with the Service Desk Dispatcher to ensure requests are routed to the proper resource
- Escalate service requests that require engineer level support
- Responsible for entering time and expenses in ConnectWise
- Understand processes in ConnectWise by completing assigned training materials & blueprints on the ConnectWise University

Educational/Previous Experience Recommendations:
- BA/BS, preferably in computer science or a related field
- MBA/MS preferred but not required
- 2 years of IT or related experience
