Customer Account Manager
We have a new opportunity available for our client who are based in Harlow. We are looking for a Customer Account Manager for a successful and well established business.
This role will NOT involve cold calling as you will be speaking with existing customers.
Their sales team is the top performing in the area and they regularly have team events / days out and team incentives.
As a Customer Account Manager you will be confident, assertive and have an excellent telephone manner. Ideally you will have a background in sales but essentially the ability to upsell will be what you need to be successful on this role.
You will develop relationships with customers whilst taking accurate orders and managing ordering problems through incoming and outgoing calls. You will be responsible for up selling to increase orders as a result of split cases, promotional offers and highlighting new products available to meet targets. Maintaining computerised systems and documentation relating to customers’ orders is a key part of this role. You will also liaise with the Field based sales team to minimise losses and maintain business.
The hours of work are 8.30am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday with 30 mins for lunch.
