Harlow, Essex (30 mins north of central London)

Our client is a hugely successful, international business. They design and manufacture their own unique range of products that are successfully exported across the world.

As part of their international and sales and marketing division of the company, your role as Digital Sales and Marketing Support Executive will cover sales performance tracking & analysis, as well as the key role of online sales platform management (Amazon, eBay, Wayfair etc.). Your job will include the following duties and responsibilities:

  • To provide complete sales support to the sales executives within the team
  • Work closely with the field sales team, supporting clients, handling queries and finding solutions
  • Launching new products sales onto eTail platform (Amazon, eBay etc)
  • Track online sales activity and question why sales are / are not happening
  • Act as a first point of contact for urgent calls, emails and messages when sales representatives are not available
  • To execute pricing and marketing requests for B2B customers in conjunction with the field sales and marketing team
  • Process new sales leads , monitoring customer accounts, keep track of sales targets and prepare accurate, timely sales data and reports to share with sales team
  • Manage the correspondence between the sales team and their clients
  • To develop and proactively maintain and promote the company’s products through 3rd party company controlled platforms (Amazon, ebay, Wayfair etc)
  • Work in conjunction with Digital Marketing Executive to promote and develop the 3rd party company platforms and growth
  • To develop strong working relationships with both internal departments and external clients
  • To undertake sales data research projects as directed to uncover trends and potential action points for the sales team
  • To be able to attend and stay away at exhibitions in the UK and Overseas


  • Fluency in English is essential. Fluency in ANY 2nd language is an advantage
  • Experience of delivering sales support to a team of sales executives
  • Be of inquisitive nature - be able to challenge!
  • Highly numerate and analytical with a high degree of competency in MS Excel
  • Experience of effectively and confidently communication with clients and potential customers face to face, by phone and in writing
  • Good team player and experience of dealing with complex administrative tasks
  • Strong time management and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and demonstrate attention to detail
  • Intermediate/advanced skills and experience using MS word and CRM software
  • Strong team player but with the ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated
  • Ability to build and maintain harmonious and positive relationships with colleagues internally and externally
