An exciting opportunity has just become available for an experienced Team Manager to manage a new pilot project in Hull which aims to enable young people to have positive mental health and wellbeing, thrive in their community and to be able to bounce back from life's challenges.

The successful candidate will be working for a respected national charity who works tirelessly to transform the lives of some of the UK's most vulnerable children. They provide high quality and innovative services and delivery child focus programmes which they are constantly striving to develop and improve.

You will manage and supervise an Administrator and a team of Project Workers, who will provide 1-1 support to young people and additional family support as and when required. Your post will also involve some direct delivery of group work to young people and the development and delivery of group work.

You will be responsible for the operational management of the team which will include appraisals and supervisions, performance management, training and development and recruitment and retention. You will also over see all aspect of service implementation, delivery, monitoring and evaluation. You will also hold lead responsibility for all safeguarding concerns and will be responsible for ensuring quality standards are maintain.

You will be developing key partnerships schools, local authorities, early help services, external partners and supporters and will be responsible for representing the service at a range of multi-agency meetings.

The successful candidate will need to have senior/ managerial level experience and have a proven track record of working with vulnerable young people.
