Successful IFA practice based in Woking is looking for a new administrator, the role will include sales support work (pension, investment and protection) its is essential that you have a strong background in working for an IFA

candidate profile:

  • Experienced in Intelligent Office including commission reconciliation / matching
  • Working knowledge of Standard Life WRAP or Fidelity Funds Network (training will be provided)
  • Have a pro-active and positive nature combined with excellent all round communication skills
  • Will be focused and have thoroughness in accomplishing a task
  • Able to establish rapport with people easily, and have well developed skills in computer software, especially MS Office.
  • Ideally have experience of Paraplanning Online and SageOne (training will be provided)
  • Be able to work and deliver under pressure, due to work load and timescales
  • Discrete and highly protective of our client’s confidential personal data · Personal qualities of the Candidate

Duties will include:

  • Implement a review process for the client's financial review in preparation for client meetings
  • Update fact find and valuations, contributions and withdrawals in Intelligent Office
  • Prepare and implement quarterly / annual reviews
  • Process applications and chase pipeline cases online
  • Chase any outstanding fees
  • Obtain quotes from companies
  • Email or post newsletters or other marketing information to clients
  • Assistance with any other marketing
  • You may be required to write a simple suitability letter

Salary 26-32K, standard office hours Mon - Fri 9-5
