Your new company

My client are an industry leading service provider. Due to expansion they are now seeking an experience payroll supervisor to join their team and support the team. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a fast paced and expanding organisation.

Your new role

This role will involve processing the end to end payroll, both weekly and monthly. You will manage the full payroll process including RTI, auto enrolment pension, P45's, P60's and reporting to HMRC and senior management.

You will also be responsible for assisting with the pensions and aid the accounts team in reporting and producing weekly figures.

You will work closely with the department manager in supervising and managing a team of 3 payroll clerks who are predominantly self sufficient.

What you'll need to succeed

You must have recent and relevant payroll experience and be used to working to high volumes and tight deadlines.

You will be used to working to tight deadlines, be confident on new systems and have an abundance of enthusiasm.

The ideal candidate will also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

To be considered for this role you will need all of the above qualities, as well as being highly organised and having being a team player.
