Solutions Recruitment are looking to speak with a motivated individual in relation to a brand new role within a rapidly expanding training provider in Newcastle upon Tyne.

The role has been created to support the expansion and increased pace of the core team duties.

As a Recruitment Resourcer you will be responsible for the following core duties:
Inbound & Outbound communication via email/telephone
Candidate telephone screening (Training & Job Opportunities)
Office duties incl’ photocopying/scanning, minute taking, paperwork archiving (pre & post audit) Candidate registrations
Interviews (where appropriately trained and supervised)Training support incl’ dealing with candidate queries, expenses and tutor support
Other duties include (but not limited to):
Processing applications and uploading CVs to our system
Screening applications
Searching CVs
Booking in telephone interviews
Updating spreadsheets and master candidate tracker
Supporting the admin team with any preparation

Interest in the recruitment & training sector
In house training will take place in relation to duties listed above incl’ training on paperwork, interviewing, screening, telephone scripts and any other duties listed that require a standardised approach.
Hours & Pay

This role is a full time position working Monday-Thursday 8am to 4:30pm & Friday 9am to 4pm.
