Manpower are currently working with an organisation based in Rugby who are looking to appoint a Maintenance Co-ordinator on a full time permanent basis.

The position offers a competitive, negotiable salary for the right person and where applicable a relocation package is on offer.

This positions is on a day shift covering 4 days on 4 days off.

This is a new position that has been created and as a Maintenance Co-ordinator, you will be expected to lead, manage & coach maintenance personnel on preventative and reactive breakdown work - imparts maintenance expertise into cell areas and references work to a professional and measurable engineering standard. You will analyse data to support corrective engineering, this involves auditing of Maximo entries, tracking of PPM effectiveness and the assignment of corrective actions tracked daily at PSM meetings until satisfactory completion whilst ensuring cost effective use of resource on all maintenance work evaluating use of internal versus external resource, optimising service contracts and inputs KPI's to effect meaningful service reviews.

As a Maintenance Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for factory general maintenance service contracts which includes all facility providers, safe equipment servicing to legal standards, contractor working practices and associated HSE obligations. Co-ordinate effective planned maintenance work and sub-contractor activities to ensure work standards achieve cost, delivery and equipment capability requirements. Closely work with production cell leaders on priorities, initiates PSM maintenance activity and the follow up corrective actions to breakdown events, identifying consequential improvement opportunities.

You will also provide, impart and review craft competency for Maintenance associate trainee's as per the LETS training program - responsible for updating department training records. Maintains site skills matrix for both skill elements and asset coverage for 4M crafts and associate personnel. Audit Lean lift inventory for zero stock items and general housekeeping and be accountable for maintaining site facilities to a high operational standard of conformance.
