Had enough of working for a big contractor that makes you feel like just a number? This role, as a Senior Site Manager is working for a smaller contractor based in East London. They are looking to pay from £45,000 - £65,000 plus package.

This role as a Site Manager is to be the number 2 on the site reporting into a Project Manager. The project is a £20 million new build school in West London. The project is in full swing and is starting to get busy so they are looking to build their team.

The salary is negotiable but the client has indicated that they would like to pay between £35,000 - £50,000 plus a car allowance of £5000, pension, healthcare and travel paid.

The client are a family run business with a turnover of £40 - £50 million and work in residential, education, commercial and hotels. They retain their staff and look to promote from within.

A Senior Site Manager duties will include:

* Being responsible for all health and safety on site

* Reporting into a Project Manager on a weekly basis

* Managing sub-contractors on a daily basis as well as pushing them and driving the project on

* Dealing with any design changes and working closely with the commercial and design team

* Pushing the project forward and getting the project built on time and to budget

I feel this role would be suitable for a current site manager working for a larger contractor who has had enough of not getting recognised for their achievements. This company have a very high staff retention and treat their staff very well.

If you would like to know more details please call Ricky in the London office or send in your CV and I will be in touch.
