2nd line Support Engineer (Windows, AD, MS Office/365, Exchange) | London

The Company:

A growing yet established Managed Service IT company in London is now recruiting a talented and committed 2nd Line ( Desktop) Support Engineer (Windows, AD, MS Office/365, Exchange) to perform a key role in helping the company service existing and new clients whilst maintaining the highest levels of service which is critical to their clients. They provide the highest quality of IT support, consultancy and strategy working with SME's to medium sized organisations - they have built a reputation in their sector as the 'go-to' company to partner with.

The Role:

This role has become available due to an internal promotion within the support team - they pride themselves on their career development pathway and are keen to speak with driven and tech savvy engineers who want to progress their careers within a dynamic and fast paced environment. You will be joining a team of 6 Engineers on the support team, they plan to grow the support teams by 100% in the near future.

Background Experience:

Windows Server 2008 R2 / 2012 R2, Windows 7 / 8
Microsoft Office suite / 365
Active Directory / MS Exchange
Networking knowledge covering LAN/vLAN/WAN technologies
Excellent communication skill
Out of this world time management control
