Red Eagle (AGY) is currently looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our client based in one of the most famous streets within London.

*PLEASE NOTE: Ideally you will be available to start within the next 2 weeks.

Your Responsibilities will include:
• Dealing with enquiries of an extremely delicate nature via telephone or email.
• Respond to all email and telephone enquiries from potential clients and assess their current status.
• Using a gentle sales technique to convert enquiries into bookings, you must be able to build rapport and remain empathetic at all times.
• There will be targets set on converting new enquiries into patient bookings.
• Following up on enquirers who have not yet booked their appointment.
• Representing the company on open days, making potential clients feel at ease and cared for.
• Strong administration skills with the ability to use spreadsheet to track enquires, through to confirmed booking.

This role will see you working as part of a close knit team who have a genuine desire to not only succeed but to also offer the highest standard of care and service to their clients. The role is working Monday to Friday, 8:30am till 5:30pm with 1 Saturday to be worked per month on rota basis (this could increase to 2 when there are staff holidays)
