One of the top 100 UK IFA’s is now seeking a Wealth Management Administrator to provide support to a team or financial advisers.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record within an IFA firm and supporting financial advisers. You will be a strong team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both colleagues and clients. Our client has a strong focus on delivering a high quality of customer service.

The successful candidate will be qualified with certificate in financial planning or equivalent and has the desire to progress to Diploma level 4 and have an ambition to succeed in a progressive and ambitious firm.

You must be comfortable working under pressure to meet deadlines and can use your own initiative as well as working without close supervision. Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office are also essential and it would be desirable to have experience of relevant IFA back office systems and platforms

Responsible for, but not limited to,

Day to Day client and provider enquiries
Arranging meetings for the financial adviser
Preparing literature for client meetings, including reports and valuations
Inputting new business and maintaining client records on back office systems in line with company and FCA compliance regulations.
