A Mayfair based Property Investment consultancy is currently looking for a Property Team Assistant / Marketing Executive to support the team of 7 Property Consultants. The role is very varied and the working environment professional yet fun. We are looking for a self-starter with a similar previous experience, property background is a bonus. The role involves marketing element and we ideally require candidates with previous marketing background. The role pays to £35k.

Property Team Assistant duties:

 Dealing with incoming calls/receiving visitors.

 Liaising with clients and suppliers. Booking couriers/cars.

 Marketing- writing blogs, Google Search, Updating social media, Twitter, Facebook

 Chasing the team to write content for the property brochures.

 Diary Management.

 Audio and copy typing/mail merges/brochure mail outs.

 Working closely with the one other secretary, to provide cover and assistance where necessary, including lunchtime cover.

 Maintaining team equipment with appropriate supplies, printers/faxes and ordering stationery. Assisting with general running of the office including tidiness.

 Reconciling expenses.

 Maintaining an efficient filing system, ensuring easy retrieval of information and archiving of files as and when needed.

 Organising travel arrangements.

 Providing assistance with personal admin.
