Corporate Knowledge Management Coordinator
This brand new vacancy represents a fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Knowledge Management Coordinator to work for an elite US and International law firm, here in the City.
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Knowledge Management professional to join this prestigious International law practice, on a full-time, permanent basis and paying a highly competitive salary of up to £60,000 per annum + full firm benefits.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the UK Corporate Group in the London office as well as liaising with the international offices with Corporate and associated law. The position involves working as part of the Knowledge Strategy Team and responsibilities will include: drafting, keeping standard forms and practice notes in house style and up to date, answering general queries and assisting with other knowledge management functions from a corporate perspective. Additional duties will also be inclusive of: carrying out research for attorneys and others for corporate and associated law, assisting lawyers with research for pending transactions and contributing to the UK corporate monthly practice group meetings.
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess demonstrable knowledge of Firm operations, policies & procedures, be highly IT proficient, have strong research skills and be proficient in using various research tools such as Westlaw or Lexis Library. In addition, ideal candidates will be able to communicate effectively at all levels and work well under pressure. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position and be educated to degree level.
