£22,000 to £25,000 - Uncapped Bonus - Management Programme - Progression (inc. field sales with car) - 22 days annual leave (rising to 25 in 2 years)

The Role: Based from their growing East London location, you will work alongside a team of mentors and a manager with a great track record of developing graduate sales talent. Working within a fun, friendly and lively team you will embark on a yearlong training programme whilst providing clients with great service and proving your hunger.
You'll then be given the chance to progress to a key role in the company - where you end up is in your hands! The manager will look at your strengths and decide where your talents are best placed - previous graduates have become field-based graduate sales reps, inventory controllers, buyers & office managers. You will be rewarded with another salary increase, car, smartphone and laptop (dependent on role).

Their UK operation consists of 28 businesses trading under 13 brands supplying a diverse and exciting market sector (shop signs to riot gear) with an approximate turnover of over £120m.
Responsibilities as a Graduate Sales Executive will include:
· Develop and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers
· Selling electrical products and services to business customers
· Face to face client visits
For this Graduate Sales position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
· Graduate in any subject
· A quick learner with excellent communication skills
· From a customer service and/or sales background
The package for this Graduate Sales role includes:
· Up to £25,000 (reviewed in 6 months)
· Uncapped bonus!

· Progression within 12 months
· 25 days annual leave within 2 years
