I am looking for a Project Engineer - Technical Support Engineer - Escalations Engineer - Technical Engineer - 3rd Line Support Engineer - Desktop Support who will be an integral part of a growing Managed Service team in the City of London. This role will be 50% BAU and 50% Project work
- Microsoft Server technologies (Install and Support)
- Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016
- Microsoft Exchange 2010/2016
- 2nd / 3rd Line Support experience
- Azure, Office 365, VDI
- Any SQL experience would be great
Your main responsibility will be to provide 2nd/3rd line support on both projects and BAU within a Microsoft arena, and will be focused upon day to day delivery of service solutions which will need to be completed in an effective manager adhering to the SLA's. When not out on project site you will be assisting the Service Desk with escalations from 1st / 2nd line.
