Maths Teaching Assistant Person Specification

You will be a mature Maths graduate who has a good understanding of how to work with children based on experience gained from a similar role, and a strong academic record with a 2:2 or above in your chosen discipline. It is essential for you to possess a motivational approach and the qualities of a role model. We want to recruit a graduate who has the skills to show a clear and determined focus to inclusion and SEND.


About the Maths Teaching Assistant Role

As a Maths Teaching Assistant at this school you will be working across the whole school. This school takes great pride in the approachable and warm nature of the leadership team. As well as general classroom support, you will be given pupils to work with on a 1:1 basis. Your duties will include working closely with the school's development team who ensure that all staff have all the CPD they need are happy on their career trajectory.
