Graduate Teaching Assistant Specification
To be successful, you will be an enthusiastic graduate who has already held a paid or volunteer role where you supported children in a school setting or otherwise. The school want to meet graduates with a long history of academic success that includes a 2:2 or better in your degree. You must be able to cultivate a learning environment where pupils are engaged and enthused by your passion for education. About the Graduate Teaching Assistant Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant you will be supporting learning across Key Stage 1. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant you will be responsible for supporting learning on a 1:1 basis, as well as preparing learning resources and the classroom environment. You will be offered a place on the school's training programme in order to allow you to perform to your fullest potential. The school would love the successful candidate to host after school clubs and support will be provided to get this off the ground.
