Our client is a multi-award winning growing and dynamic property finance company based in the West End of London.

This is a 3month paid internship offering £22K pro rata. Upon completion of the internship, salary will rise to £24K per annum. 

A typical day would be:       

You will receive full training for this role. Below are the day-to-day tasks;

  • Preparing and sending monthly statements of account to the Borrowers
  • Preparing and sending monthly statements of account to the Investors
  • Updating (& monitoring) Interest Payment Schedule
  • Chasing interest payments from the Borrowers (where applicable)
  • Liaising with the Borrowers as to any queries they might have in respect of the statement
  • Liaising with the Investors as to any queries they might have in respect of the statement


  • Sending out the hard copy of the valuation reports to the Borrowers
  • In due course, liaising with the solicitors as to the updated OCEs/completed registration documents
  • Sending the completed registration documents to the Investors
  • Assisting solicitors in respect of any requisitions the Land Registry raised (where applicable)
  • Filing the completed registration documents & original signed Legal Mortgage (when received)


  • Preparing instructions email to solicitors with regard to the enforcement action
  • Returning the signed Terms & Conditions to solicitors
  • Liaising with solicitors/providing further instructions when the Formal Demand for Payment expires
  • Preparing the Mortgage Pre-action Protocol checklist and forwarding the completed Checklist together with a settlement figure to solicitors
  • Liaising with solicitors prior to the possession hearing with regard to any documentation they/the Counsel might require (where applicable)
  • When Order for Possession becomes enforceable, instructing solicitors to apply for the Warrant
  • Corresponding with the solicitors with regard to the bailiff appointment
  • Liaising with the solicitors or their agents with regard to keys, once property re-possessed
  • Assisting with instructions to either the loach estate agents and/or auction house
  • Where applicable, assisting with any queries the local agents and/or auction agents might have
  • Liaising with/Updating the Investors throughout the whole process
  • Corresponding with the Borrower/Borrower’s solicitor throughout the process to push their exit strategy to complete asap

  • Attention to detail
  • Residency in the UK – legally allowed to work in the UK
