Leasing/Property Accounts Assistant
We are currently working with a property business looking to add an experience accounts professional to their team. You will have previously worked for a property company and will have experience of dealing with service charges and tenant queries. If you have worked for an estate agents in accounts this would be preferable.
• Entering purchase invoices
• Making payments
• Setting up bank transfers for Landlord funds
• Reconciliations of expenditure statements
• Dealing with queries from tenants, landlords and clients
• Posting tenant payments
• Posting of One-off demands
• Assist with filing records
