Telesales Executives with previous telesales experience are needed for our client, a leading business utility consultancy, specialising in the telecoms and energy industry. They would like to expand their in-house sales team based in Stanmore, London and are looking for experienced telesales agents to join them, focussing on a business campaign for a leading telecoms provider. The role would especially suit someone with telesales experience in the telecoms or utilities industries, who is now looking to be part of an ambitious and fast-growing team.

The Role:

  • Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about new Fibre-optic offers on behalf of one of their clients
  • Answering questions and detailing benefits of switching to use their client's service
  • Asking questions to understand customer requirements and closing sales
  • Entering and updating customer information in the database
  • Taking and processing orders in an accurate manner
  • Going the "extra mile" to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales
  • Keeping records of calls and sales and noting useful information


  • Proven experience as telesales representative (essential)
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas (essential)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Previous experience in the telecom industry (desirable)

Salary: £18,000, OTE £30,000+
