With over 25 years’ experience across the UK and Ireland; Gaia Climate Solutions Ltd specialise in the design, supply and installation of underfloor heating systems. Our philosophy revolves around providing a professional service, using the highest quality products and tailoring each design to each individual project.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Telesales Executive in the Project Sales Team to join this successful company on a full-time, permanent basis.

You will be responsible for a variety of activities including:

  • Liaising directly with key stakeholders including architects, construction companies, consultants, main contractors and sub-contractors.
  • Playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective security of new business.

  • Cold calling potential clients to develop new business.

  • Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.

  • Reviewing plans and specifications to enable the design team to generate a design/proposal.

  • Handling technical queries as required.

  • Acting as the key interface between the customer and all relevant departments within Gaia.

  • Reviewing the project details, contract, warranties, and payment terms once the project is secured.

  • Actively building and developing relationships by maintaining regular contact with the client to ensure each project is progressing correctly.

To be considered for this position you must ideally have gained previous telesales or customer service experience and be able to demonstrate the desire and ability to develop professional relationships with customers. You must also be IT literate with a good standard of basic education and possess the ability to manage your own time in a pro-active self-assured and confident manner.

In return for your resilience and determination to succeed you will be rewarded with a competitive basic salary of c£16,000 with the potential to earn uncapped commission taking your earnings to c£20,000 OTE, whilst gaining the opportunity to work within a progressive, career focused environment as part of a lively, professional team.
