Person Specification for SEN Teacher
This position would suit a committed and confident SEN Teacher who has previously taught or worked directly with pupils who have Profound, Multiply Learning Difficulties and a positive way of adapting to different situations. The Headteacher wants to recruit a teacher with the ability to forward-think, going beyond what is expected of them to make a great first impression. We want to meet teachers who can react to disruptions in a calm, professional manner and show professionalism in an SEN environment. You should have the capability to show empathy towards the pupils under your change with complex learning needs and bring a positive approach to teaching those with medical and physical needs.

About the SEN Teacher Role
