Working for a rapidly growing Series A start-up, a Head of Acquisition Marketing / Head of Growth / Head of Marketing will lead a high performing marketing team delivering global customer growth across multiple cities.

The Head of Acquisition Marketing / Head of Growth / Head of Marketing will have proven experience delivering growth in fast paced start-up for a minimum of 3 years, driving customer acquisition campaigns, conversion, reducing CPA building revenue across Europe. This role has a clear roadmap to becoming a CMO in 18 months.

The Head of Acquisition Marketing / Head of Growth / Head of Marketing will:

-Define both the acquisition strategy and the delivery via key channels to improve KPI's and outputs
-Implement and execute campaigns across multiple channels - including digital, offline, ATL, PR and re-marketing/referrals.
-Analyse performance of these campaigns, quickly identifying new areas for improvement
-Work with a variety of internal stakeholders (design, product, content, tech) to ensure strategy is widely known, and key messaging is constantly updated and optimised
-Driving content development, including analysing effectiveness of all creative
-Drive attention to detail across all channels, optimising performance as well as owning end-to-end strategy

Candidates for the Head of Acquisition Marketing / Head of Growth / Head of Marketing role must have:

-Proven experience running and optimising campaigns across multiple channels
-Expert knowledge of growing a customer base
-Excellent knowledge of PPC, Search marketing, SEO, Paid Social, Email & CRM, ATL, PR, and programmatic & display
- Strong experience in a start-up environment driving high growth (3 years minimum)
-Experience working with creative & artwork
-A highly analytical mindset, constantly analysing data to improve performance
-A strong focus on testing and data driven decision making, as well as CRO principles
-Experience across different marketing (Europe, Middle East - nice to have)
-Comfort in a fast-paced start-up environment where responsibility for delivery stops with you.
