Acme Appointments is working with a prestigious property company who are looking for a Relief Centre Manager. Our client is the leading provider of commercial space across London.

You will be providing holiday and adhoc cover at their business centres across London. You will be commissioned with ensuring continuity of excellent customer service and high levels of occupancy and rental levels.

As the Relief Centre Manager, you will be liaising with all customers and on-going client care and servicing of their requirements and their complaints. You will be identifying areas of improvement and discussing these with the Centre Manager and Asset Managers.

You will be running the reception, office administration and bureau facilities within the centres and ensure the smooth running of the centres. Responsibilities will include the supervision and motivation of the on-site staff and you will deputise in the absence of the Centre Manager. You will be assisting in the collection of tenant arrears in respect of rent and service charge and you will ensure that all incomes are to full target levels.

The Relief Centre Manager will be tasked with familiarising themselves with competing centres in the local areas and should promote the client and add on services at every opportunity.

The right candidate should be numerate with excellent written and spoken English with sound IT knowledge. As this role is a customer facing role you should be very presentable and personable and act as an ambassador for the client. Good communication skills with an excellent telephone manner and proven ability to work in such a role. If you have previous experience in building management or similar this would be an advantage. There may be a necessity to be contacted out of hours from time to time in the event of an emergency.
